Each person is allowed to hold only one active account on the OKNet platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently banned.

To request a withdrawal on OKNet, your account must be fully verified (KYC-compliant). Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days. The same payment method used for your deposit must be used for withdrawals when possible.

• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or errors for financial gain

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the OKNet platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game assets, graphics, software, text, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of OKNet or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any OKNet content without express written permission from OKNet management.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, OKNet shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunity due to technical failures, server downtime, or maintenance periods
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to secure your credentials
• Any disputes between players

OKNet's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

OKNet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• The player has violated OKNet's Responsible Gaming guidelines
• Regulatory, licensing, or legal requirements demand it

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any verified real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you, subject to passing all verification checks.
